3. Cookies We Do Not Currently Use
We do not currently run first-party advertising cookies or first-party analytics trackers in this codebase.
If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, request consent before placing non-essential cookies.
4. Third-Party Requests Related to Maps
When map mode is used, map tiles are requested from OpenStreetMap tile servers. Those requests may include technical metadata (for example IP address and user-agent) visible to the tile provider as part of normal web requests.
MOYA Cascade is hosted through third-party infrastructure providers, including Vercel, Supabase, and AWS (including US East/us-east-1 and Singapore environments). Those providers may process request-level technical data under their own policies.
5. Legal Basis (GDPR and PDPA Context)
We use strictly necessary cookies to provide services explicitly requested by users (secure login and session continuity). Where law requires consent for optional technologies, we will obtain it before activation.
